PROFIL DEWAN DA’WAH ACEH

آ آ آ آ آ آ آ آ آ  Terhitung dari kelahiran pertamanya Dewan Dakwah Aceh berturut-turut dipimpin Tgk. Ali Sabi dalam masa dua periode sehingga beralih tangan kepada Tgk. Muhammad Yus selama dua periode berikutnya. Estafet kepengurusan Dewan Da’wah NAD berikutnya dikendalikan oleh Tgk Muhmmad AR pada periode 2003-2006. Saat ini (periode 2007-2011) kepemimpinan Dewan Da’wah NAD berada di tangan Tgk. HasanuddinYusuf Adan.

Karena sebagai perpanjangan kepengurusan dari pusat, maka berkaitan dengan visi dan misi yang dikembangkan oleh Dewan Da’wah NAD tidak berbeda dengan yang ditetapkan pusat. Hanya saja, ada penekanan dalam visi misi Dewan Da’wah NAD berupa percepatan pelaksanaan Islam secara kaffah dengan membangun jaringan kemitraan bersama Dinas Syari’at Islam dan lembaga terkait lainnya.

آ آ آ آ آ آ آ آ آ  Adapun prioritas program pada periode ini adalah konsolidasi internal, berupa pembentukan, pelantikan dan pengaktifan pengurus di seluruh kabupaten/kota, dan penyediaan tanah dan atau Markaz Dewan Da’wah yang permanen. Berikut beberapa aktivitas yang pernah, sedang dan akan dilaksanakan oleh Pengurus Wilayah Dewan Da’wah Islamiyah Indonesia Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam.

RESUME AKTIVITAS DEWAN DA’WAH-NAD PASCA TSUNAMI

(dikoordinir oleh KOMPAK DEWAN DA’WAH NAD)

1.آ آ  Membuka posko penanggulangan korban bencana gempa dan tsunami tanggal 31 Desember 2004

2.آ  mengidentifikasi korban dari keluarga besar Dewan Da’wah-NAD

3.آ  menghubungi pengurus Dewan Da’wah Pusat

4.آ  menyusun program penanggulangan korban gempa dan tsunami:

a.آ آ  memfokuskan diri pada beberapa titik pengungsi di Banda Aceh/Aceh Besar, dan di daerah yang sudah ada pembantu perwakilan (Kabupaten Pidie, Bireuen, Singkil dan Aceh Barat, Selatan serta Simeulu), mengingat keterbatasan sumber daya yang dimiliki (dana, personil dan fasilitas kerja lainnya)

b.آ  Membagi tahapan program menjadi tiga tahap:

آ  tahap emergency dengan membagi pangan, sandang dan obat-obatan di wilayah yang telah dipilih tadi (bulan pertama sampai bulan ketiga).

آ  Tahap rehabilitasi; menempatkan dai di kamp pengungsi, membersihkan fasilitas ibadah, bantuan perlengkapan mushalla (tikar, sound system dll), pembagian seragam sekolah, membantu pembangunan rumah-rumah darurat, distribusi alquran dan buku iqrak (bulan keempat sampai bulan ke enam.

آ  Tahap recovery dan rekonstruksi; pembiayaan kafalah yatim, pembangunan rumah contoh, pembangunan mesjid, daurah du’at, pengangkatan dai permanen sebanyak 10 orang selama setahun, pemberdayaan ekonomi 21 Janda di desa Durung Kecamatan Mesjid Raya Aceh Besar; usaha peternakan di Limpok Darussalam, dagang di Darussalam, pertukangan di Desa Lambhuk, menjahit di Desa Mibo, dan berbagai home industri lainnya di beberapa daerah binaan. Pembangunan asrama yatim di Kompleks Mesjid Jamik Agung Bireuen (sedang dalam proses).

5.آ  pelatihan guru sekolah islam (TK-SMU) dalam menghadapi murid trauma di Dayah Tgk Syik Muhammad Dawud Beureu-eh (kerjasama dengan Adnin Foundation dan LP3T Jakarta)

6.آ  Daurah Syar’iyah bagi Da’iyah (kerjasama dengan As-Sofwah)

7.آ  Training Da’i se Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam di Aceh Singkil dan Daurah Du’at diآ  Aceh Tengah, Aceh Besar, Pidie kerjasama dengan Satker P2K3 BRR NAD-Nias

8.آ  Mengirim peserta magang BMT ke PATI, yang akan difollow up dengan pendirian BMT di Aceh.

9.آ  Pembangunan rumah yatim di Indrapuri kerjasama dengan yayasan KINDERHUT DUBAI (akhirnya menarik diri kerana tidak ada kesamaan persepsi)

10.آ  Pemberian beasiswa untuk 210 anak yatim selama 2 tahun, 200 ribu/anak/bulan, dana berasal dari United Kingdom Islamic Mission (UKIM) Inggris.

11.آ آ  terlibat dalam Forum Silaturrahmi Lembaga-lembaga Islam, dalam kegiatan kampanye anti pemurtadan, mengkritisi blue print rekonstruksi aceh dan kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan lainnya

12.آ  Program penggemukan sapi dengan tehnologi ramah lingkungan di Desa Lamreung

13.آ  Mengirim da’i-da’i ke barak-barak pengungsian di sekitar Banda Aceh dan Aceh Besar.
